SELECTION OF SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS
In order to find the best candidate, we review and analyze all applications sent to us (including those in our database of potential candidates).
RECRUITMENT INTERVIEW
We invite candidates who best meet the requirements outlined in the job posting to a job interview. The interview is attended by the department head for whom the recruitment is being conducted and a member of the HR department. For selected administrative positions, candidates may also be invited to a second interview.
COMPLETION OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We inform candidates of our decision by phone or email. We then present the terms of employment to the selected candidate.
WELCOME ON BOARD!
We want new employees to settle into the company environment as quickly as possible. To this end, we have prepared a series of training sessions and a guide containing key information about the conditions and policies applicable at Stelweld.
HOW DOES THE RECRUITMENT INTERVIEW WORK?
- We will ensure that the meeting takes place in a friendly atmosphere.
- We will provide information about the position you are applying for, the team you intend to join and the development opportunities we offer.
- We want to get to know you and your competencies better, so we will prepare a set of questions for our meeting that will help us assess whether you are the candidate we are looking for.
- Expect questions about your work, suitability for a specific position, and fit within our team.
