WELDING - ROBOTIC AND MANUAL
Our main process is welding. Thanks to many years of experience, we carry out advanced projects using both robotic and manual welding. We pay particular attention to the development of this area by investing in training for our welders and new welding robots. We employ nearly 200 certified welders, and our welding supervision ensures that our welded structures meet the highest technical and quality requirements.
- we weld using the MAG method with a consumable electrode wire flux cored welding wire
- we weld using the TIG method with a non-flux tungsten electrode, which allows us to immediately apply powder coating without the need to remove the welding scale
- we use projection welding
- we weld using the merged arc method (SAW)
- we use low-energy welding with the CMT method
