To reach the best possible quality level Stelweld is using the following standards and certificates
The environment caring is one of the core values upon our organization is based. Concern for the environment is for us synonymous with the implementation of the demands quality policy. The high quality of work translates into low waste, the highest quality of our products is giving longer life cycle. This implies less consumption of resources and less executed processes. Our commitment in this area is confirmed to have the certificate of ISO 1401: 2004. Thus, environmental policy and quality policy are our priorities equally.
The automotive market presents us with special requirements. To meet them, we implemented the Quality Management System ISO / TS 16949: 2009. The procedure of implementation conducted in 2012. Work on the certification tooks five months and were crowned with success confirmed by the auditors TUV.
Based on existing standards ISO / TS 16949: 2009 and 1401: 2004 we created a consistent, uniform Quality Management System. It was recertified in 2013.
The development of our company, and emerging opportunities for expansion into new segments of the market have led us to the decision to introduce the principles of EN 15085-2: 2007 (highest level CL1) and EN ISO 3834-2: 2007. Compliance with the requirements in force in the rail industry is irrefutable evidence of achieving the highest standards of the work.
The quality policy
Conscious of our responsibility, in order to ensure the safety of users and the highest level of service to customers, strictly implement and adhere to the principles of quality policy.
Guarantee maintain reasonable standards of production and services is the Integrated Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2000. We work based on the guidelines contained in it since July 2004.
The staff at the quality control department has all the necessary skills and tools to carry out continuous processes for monitoring the results of our work.
Standard control measures taken for the current production process is:
- VT1 i VT2 tests – visual tests – welding seam controll;
- PT1 i PT2 tests – penetration tests;
- MT1 i MT2 – magnetic – powder tests;
- radiological tests;
- ultrasonic tests;
- sizes and characteristic measurement;
- hardness, gloss, and painting thicknes tests;
- visual, esthetics tests;/li>
- checking the completion of the finished product.
Meeting the geometric conditions is carried out with the equipment of the company CimCore STINGER II, CimCore model 7535 and the software "Power INSPECT".
