Painting

• Industrial powder pain shop

  Our wet and powder paints colours are based on RAL system and it is additionally enriched by a variety of colours outside this system which gives a total number of more than 200 colours. We cooperate with paint dealers from Poland (e.g. Polifarb Cieszyn, Wrocław) as well as western ones (e.g. AKZO NOBEL, BECKERS , DU PONT, IGP, JOTUN).
  
  We can also paint with products offered by other paint producers, recommended by client. Surface preparatory line consists of four phases (spraying method):
  • ferric phosphate coating
  • water washing
  • Immunization
  • DEMI water washing
  
  We have two powder paint application systems: WAGNER and GEMA OptiFlex. The length of the whole technological line is 420 m. The maximum dimensions of the painted details:
